Arya Bhavan

Big points to Arya Bhavan for how they handled our first delivery. About 10 minutes after we submitted our order, I received a phone call from the restaurant stating that the two dishes we ordered were very similar and maybe we would want to try a bit more variety. Their menu is not very decipherable (for me, anyway) so I was not sure what else I would order, but I was assured that if I trusted her, she would send me something great. I was very impressed. They ended up sending us two types of vegetable curry (one mixed vegetable and one lentil) and then two more "sample" sized curries. They also threw in 3 samosas. It will easily feed the wife and I for two days. In addition to the phenomenal customer service (and speedy delivery), the food was very, very good. Not the best Indian I have ever tasted, but very good.

Super excited they deliver all the way to my house. The gulab jamun was very yummy. I order dal makhani, garlic nan, sum a loo kashmiri, and carrot halwa. I enjoyed everything but the carrot halwa, it wasn't the same as every where else I have ate it from. It was too milky, not sweet enough, and they added coconut to it and I'm not a big fan of coconut. Other than the carrot everything was great. Will order again most definitely.

most restaurants that offer both south and north indian cuisine have, at best, high quality food in one of those categories. i ordered a rava masala dosa and malai kofta and both dishes were fabulous. the kofta balls were not just cheese but were vegetable dumplings, which i always prefer, and were not just deep fried but simmered in the sauce, which was also superb.

As a first time going there I would have to say that the food was awesome!! The service was incredibly good. I would definitely go back. The place inside was very nice. What I loved most is the price for the portions they serve, very worth it. I rate it 5 stars!!

I'd been to Arya Bhavan twice before and was very excited to fine out that they do delivery. I got the Vegan Sampler and Lentil soup, all of which was excellent! Portions where generous enough to make an extra meal later, and left me excited to go back again.
